Once I contact you, what happens?
Once you have contacted us, if you are interested in pursuing our dental treatments, we will arrange a free consultation for you with a Hungarian dentist, in Liverpool.

What happens after my consultation?
A few days after your consultation we will send you a set of Individual Treatment Plan Offers. If you have any questions regarding the treatment plans, please feel free to contact us.

What if I want to pursue the treatment?
Once you have informed us of your decision to accept one of the Individual Treatment Plan Offers we will start the process of arranging your travel to Hungary for the treatment.
We will negotiate a convenient date with you and one of our Hungarian clinics and book your treatment.  We will then finalise your travel and accommodation details.

Is there a waiting list?
No. Currently we do not have a waiting list so you will be able to start you treatment immediately.

Do I get a say in the travel and accommodation arrangements?
Yes. You decide how and when to travel to Hungary and what kind of accommodation you would prefer.  

Can I arrange my own travel and accommodation?
Indeed. You can arrange your own travel and accommodation if you wish to do so.  

Will this affect the cost of the treatment?
No, this will not affect the price of your treatment.

What happens when I arrive?
When you arrive in Hungary you will be met by our representatives who will ensure that your stay starts well and they will arrange for your treatment to start immediately ? usually on the next day.

How will I get to the clinic?
Our representatives will meet you at the airport and provide a free transfer to your accommodation. We will also organise your transportation to the clinic.  We can even provide you with a mobile phone during your stay so your dentist can reach you any time during your visit.

How long will the treatment take?
In most cases treatments will take between 3 to 5 days but more major treatments can take 5 to 10 days, sometimes a little bit more.

How many treatments will I have?
In most cases you will have 2 or more treatments

What happens when my treatment has finished?
After receiving your successful treatment you will travel home.

Will I have to have check-ups after my treatment?
We pride ourselves on the quality of the after-care services that we offer. It is highly probable that you will have to attend a few after-care dental appointments after your treatment but you may be able to do this in the UK. Please ask our colleagues at your local office for further details.
Can I travel to Hungary for my after-care appointments?
Yes. There are opportunities to attend UK-based clinics for your after-care appointments. However, it is also possible to return to our clinics in Hungary instead, and combine a wonderful weekend holiday with your after-care dental checkup.

Will I be able to go out and about in Hungary?
In the interval between your treatments you will have time to go out and about and discover the beauties of Hungary. You could for example, visit the famous Turkish bathhouses of Budapest or taste the world famous sweet Tokaji wine.

Can you help me find things to do and places to visit?
We will gladly help you plan your ?holiday? time.
